I have been using this littelextrra rice berry vitamin c face serum for over a month. I have not experienced any skin discoloration yet. I think I am starting to see some improvement in my acne scarring. I apply this product along with the Cera Ve eye cream as well as the day time facial moisturizer that has SPF 50. I've also learned that it is better using a salicylic acid face cleaner first. Mine skin has never been so happy like it is now.

I don’t even know anymore, my skin type falls under oily skin, oily dehydrated skin, combination skin and normal skin…so at home and when i’m just not at school, my skin is oily not that super oily and it’s okay but at school, my skin tends to get really oily like super oily and it’s feels like there is a mixture of water and oil and it’s uncomfortable…what skin type am i? 😬

So you say limit antibiotics, but my dermatologist prescribes me clindamycin which is an antibiotic literally meant to fight bacteria and stop bacteria from causing acne in my case.

I know dairy is bad but so much of my calorie intake is dairy 😭 Whole milk, cottage cheese, and unflavored greek yogurt are so full of protein and healthy fats and calorie dense. It doesn't help that since I have a past of borderline eating-disordery problems my parents are always trying to get me to eat sugar, carbs, and dairy.
